You also don't need to buy WordPress-specific themes. Most people don't know that Bootstrap has lots of professionally made websites that you can customize super easily. If you know Bootstrap, you can event recreate those templates yourself (do a cost analysis again for the employer: buying a theme vs. You recreating them and paying you salary).
