  You need to look at the app called Fuelio. Its core purpose was to record your fill ups but the part of the app you just described is called 'nearby'. Its currently telling me I have 109 stations within 10 miles of me, the average prices for the area, the best price, the nearest pump and the top rated. I often find a free shipping code on retailmenot.com Same with a lot of other stores. I've happened on coupons and ended up with unexpected discounts. There are a few coupon sites out there.   Protect yourself by first pulling your FICO score (go to MyFico and pull your own score, and you can get a coupon from retailmenot.com) and shop around. You can shop around for rates without a hard pull so you know how much car you can afford for the interest rate you would qualify for with that FICO.   I'm in Canada, too. Lands' End has fast shipping to Canada, and I've bought a lot of quality basics from them.
