Best Alternatives to qBittorrent 2022
One of the main draws to FrostWire is that, unlike any other file sharing application on this list, it can search through both torrent and cloud indices to find content that’s hosted on either protocol. This makes FrostWire one of the easiest clients to use, and it’s simple and sleek user interface only adds to the user experience.

  • K/s?
As has been said, K/s is an indication of transfer speed, and the default SLSK client does not keep track of transferred data for you. However, as there's never a bad time for a Nicotine+ plug, that does keep such stats, both for session and total transfer. Source: 12 months ago
  • Cannot access soulseek website
Please be careful, there are some fake versions of the slsk client out there and they are confirmed malware. The official Soulseek website is http://www.slsknet.org/. There was a previous domain, but Nir (slsk's founder) lost control of it many years ago. I suggest you download a version of the client from this page or better yet download a copy of the third party client Nicotine+. N+ is updated far more... Source: about 1 year ago
  • Where to get older albums?
Soulseek is a P2P service, yes, use a client like nicotine+ that is much more modern, and in my opinion, more usable than the default client. Source: over 1 year ago
