If you're not capable of hosting the solution yourself, there are solutions that have per-agent models that will cost you much less than SchoolDude, all while being substantially more feature rich. osTicket and FreshService are both great examples. Hi! Our team is spread across timezones, and we have found applications that either - only show "current times" (doesn't help us schedule as much) - broken (the 2 apps that showed up on slack for timezone support, showed wrong times for teammates.) and many apps I've found through this subreddit are also broken (such as timezone.io).
