If you're not capable of hosting the solution yourself, there are solutions that have per-agent models that will cost you much less than SchoolDude, all while being substantially more feature rich. osTicket and FreshService are both great examples. In Aveva PlantSCADA what is the advantage of using VBA versus CiCode? Is it merely syntax? I was hoping that if I used VBA I would have easier access to a richer API. One of the main things I want to be able to do is to format and send some HTTP POSTs to squadcast.com for push notifications. Right now I'm doing this with an external .NET assembly I created. We started using Squadcast: https://squadcast.com Their free and lower prices tiers offer a lot of what others have on their top/most expensive tiers.
