Hey guys, my best friend got ripped of by his step-brother. He set up a Bitpanda Account and bought 90k of ETH then changed the password to the exchange. But didnt changed the password to his email-account. After much frustration and trial and error I set up the 2FA authentication, which is an option on the security tab on freewallet.org. You will need to download google authenticator to do this. After I did this I no longer needed email verification to withdraw/exchange coins! Problem solved. Source: about 3 years ago
