I masked the images and then matched the shadows and highlights, and then the color, tho am bad in matching colors, and giving the right highlights but im trying to get better.   To get better at #2 pattern recognition, work on fast tactics. Go to chesstempo.com and train with blitz/easy tactics. Do this every day. After a time, I think you won’t need to do the Fritz training (maybe a month or two and you should be good), but do the tactics everyday. It’s your daily vitamin. Source: 11 months ago
