So you're playing two totally different kinds of game rules on either one. I personally prefer how they've taken the time-tested classic freeciv and conservatively improved it, at freecivweb.org. The audio/visual and UI/UX is also significantly better there, which matters to some but not others. Source: over 2 years ago
In addition to ordinary longturn games open for all, games only for newcomers and beginners are regularly started on freecivweb.org. One such game has just started. You can find them at the official website (ageofempires.com) or opening the game, going to the mod manager (the gear icon in the top right), and searching the titles. If you look for Filthydelphia you should find them, as well as my many campaigns for normal Age of Empires II! Source: 12 months ago

While I understand the idea and intentions it isn't practical. Our leaderboard is a 1:1 reflection of the actual game leaderboard (which funnily enough can't be browsed inside the game) that you can also see on ageofempires.com. Source: over 1 year ago
