Free Music Archive has royalty free Creative Commons music. Tons of it, though you have to check the licenses carefully. A lot of them are for non-commercial projects only, so if you ever plan to sell an ad or otherwise make money on your show, don't use those. No problem. Free assets can always be found on the Unity Asset Store and you can get animations / models from Mixamo. You can also look at Booth for 3d assets. Good luck. Source: about 1 year ago

Another place you can look for more general assets and prefabs (decoration, furniture, plants, etc.) is the Unity Asset store itself https://assetstore.unity.com/ and you can filter for free assets if you'd like.
