As another bonus episode to my recent Sid Meier's Colonization HD tour video I posted here I thought it would be fun to check out the FreeMars project which is basically Colonization combined with classic Civilization Mars scenarios. Also has some slight Sid Meier’s Alpha Centauri influences there as well I think however it mostly feels like Colonization but on Mars! It's fully playable and very stable but sadly... Side note: I really liked Axis and Allies, played it several times as a young adult with a few close friends. There is a nice open-source implementation of it, if you want to "play" instead of work.
