Don't do bootcamp. Start with something like https://freecodecamp.org and take a few lessons. Try to build something from that and see how motivated you are. If you see some progress and this thing still excites you, then may be find an engineer (a friend/co worker etc) who can guide you a bit as you continue to build something. I found a gardening web site on a search that shows the date 2005-2008 at the bottom of the page. Clicking on "blog" takes me to an error page, so clearly it's not active. But it's run by Solas Web Design which describes itself as "Media & Internet, Data Collection & Internet Portals". The URL says datanyze.com.
