Free Alarm Clock can do precisely that. I have been using it for a number of years. There is an install and a portable version on the site. The only thing that it cannot do is to switch the audio source for example if the audio output is set to front headphones, it cannot select rear audio output. I use this app called Alarmy. It’s the only thing that has me get up. To turn off the alarm, you have to complete a “mission”. The best/most reliable mission I’ve been able to use has been the barcode reader. I set the alarm to be disabled by needing to scan a shampoo bottle.
