For the character sheet, I took screenshots of the sheet from our current campaign and just slapped them all into one big image. We're playing in the Foundry Virtual Tabletop software with the Tidy5e and Inventory+ modules. I think those are the main ones affecting the appearance and layout of the character sheet. Not directly what you want, but I’m the developer of DungeonFog, a TTRPG map editor. We have a ton of Fantasy maps in our public gallery, created by our users. You can easily copy them into your account, optionally adjust them and then export them as an image. Most don’t have any markings, but if they do you can simply remove them before exporting.
