I built a form-to-email service like Formspree or Getform. My API accepts form submissions from the client, parses the request with formidable, and then sends the fields via email to the user. I saw that https://selfdecode.com/ does this sort of testing. Other DNA companies probably do it as well. I don't know how much this means though and how much I would trust recommendations based of the DNA test only, since that's only part of the whole picture.
