   The software have been great. By far has the most customizable features of all its competitors

   We spent a long time looking for a product that could capture data online and offline, add logic and validation to the forms, empower our team to build their own questionnaires and also allow us to host the system in our own data center. We finally found form.com and the implementation was straight forwards and ongoing support has met our requirements as our userbase has grown.

  If you are looking for free setup - you can combine ACF plugin with Custom Post Types to create your products/services (or extend woocommerce products) and for forms use a Forminator (in free version it provides date-range field needed to select dates).   Gravity Forms is a very reliable premium form plugin. If you can buy, you can go with it directly. If you want a free form plugin you can go with WPForms. But its Pro version is quite costly, so you might not want it if you will eventually buy the pro version. I would suggest a free alternative that is Forminator, which is a a powerful free form plugin. But its only con is that it doesn't have much of a Pro... Source: over 1 year ago
