Not sure where you're looking at that at but the direct homepage the updated Form3 which is Form3+ is 2,499 retails. Ebay itself is a marketplace of individual sellers. What they value it as and see it as is up to them entirely. If you look at formlabs.com they don't sell the regular 3 or 2 anymore. Refurbish Form 3 is there but I'm sure thats the last of whatever is left in warehouse. Source: 12 months ago
Or if you need very detailed models, their dlp printer is great too - but the leaders in the resin area are more formlabs (https://formlabs.com/). Resin printing is great for extremely detailed items, but it's generally more expensive and requires more time investment for the parts (prep and post-processing required) - but still definitely hobbyist/casual friendly. I think this was PHP version 5 or 4 at the time, but it's bad design back then has served to the downfall of PHP in active development (despite the fact that it powers most of the web). However, PHP 8 has brought a lot of new exciting features, so much so that Laravel doesn't even recommend use its lightweight version of Lumen anymore, it's unnecessary. Source: over 1 year ago

If you want to use a framework but avoid the "kitchen sink" you could use micro frameworks like Lumen, Slim or Symfony (with the symfony/skeleton starter) and then add packages as required. Source: almost 2 years ago
