I usually channel all the energy from the typo itch into looking at fonts and researching in local archives and books instead of buying fonts. This is mainly because I do work in Typo design. Of course, like you, sometimes I keep coming back to a certain typeface or font family that I yearn to use in graphic design or for a website.
