  — Never use a font that came with your computer (or one that looks like it does). fonts.google.com has tons of free good-looking fonts. fontsquirrel.com has good cheap and free fonts. tendollarfonts.com, as the name suggests, has cheap fonts. Don't just pick one at random. Look at other, professionally-designed books. Find a type treatment you like, think about what makes it work, try and do something similar. Source: 11 months ago

  The general rule of thumb for fonts is, never use the ones that came with your computer. fonts.google.com has a bunch of great ones for free. fontsquirrel.com and tendollarfonts.com both have good free and/or cheap ones. Source: 11 months ago

• Twitch's Alerts: CSS Issues

  I've got a problem with the new Twitch's Alerts feature. I can't modify the CSS code to add my own font. When I click to validate there's an error message. Yet, I use exactly the same code line with streamlabs.com as well as streamelements.com's alerts, I generated it thanks to fontsquirrel.com and it works very well. Source: 12 months ago

  The courier typeface is OK for the body but the name at the top could be something that stands out better, and not outlined. Check fontsquirrel.com for a free font with flair. The name could fill the space. Source: 12 months ago

  If there's a particular artist whose style you like, see if they do commissions. Maybe try searching for the characters on DeviantArt to find an artist who already has a familiarity with the franchise. You can also get art done from sites like Sketchmob (though, you may need to find some reference photos to give the artist an idea of what you're thinking, I'm not entirely familiar with the procedure there). • "Fire Emblem Big Band" Art Commission 1/30 - Lucina & Clarinet

  What's more important is this beautiful work of art! We have an excellent piece by "mapo_tofus" on sketchmob.com of Lucina playing the clarinet. I essentially held an amino poll with 5 characters to potentially be drawn playing the instrument, and Lucina won, and I actually wanted Lucina to win anyway, although you might be disappointed when you find out who she won against.
