I did for rudimentary tasks and defaulted to 45mins focus / 15mins break time blocks. Recently jumped on the Flowmodoro train which has been helpful doing creative work (https://focusedwork.app has been great for this), since I can keep going until I really need a break and my breaks are a fraction of the time I spend focusing. Haven’t seen them mentioned yet but ColorSlurp is a slick colour picker and MeetingBar is an awesome meeting reminder tool that lives in your menu bar and gives you a quick prompt to join a Zoom/Teams/whatever meeting. Source: almost 2 years ago
