I have noticed Floobits which is a collaborative editing service. It integrates with a number of editors including neovim. What I like about that idea is that each participant can use their preferred editor with their preferred settings. Have you done pramp.com? I really really recommend it, even if you found a job. You can ask people to be brutally honest before you start and start collecting feedback for both technical and non technical skills.
