Not saying it works for everyone, but the system I have worked out for myself is strength training 3-5 days/week during my lunch break at work. I have an hour lunch, so I can usually work in about 30 min of exercise, and I eat at my desk after. I use fitbod to generate workouts for me. It's not perfect, but I can easily change the workout based on what I'm feeling. It also keeps track of your workouts and can post... Source: 12 months ago
I've started using a new fitness app, Fitbod (https://fitbod.me/). I've only logged a couple workouts so far but am a pretty big fan of the app right away. I record my cycle rides with an app, then I download them as .gpx to combine into one map later so I can keep track of them. The problem is my GPS is slightly inaccurate, so the lines are not exactly on the road, which looks messy. The only way I have found to fix this is to use a snap to grid tool from OS Maps or gpx.studio (both use OSM data), but I have to individually move each point to get them to all snap...
