Not saying it works for everyone, but the system I have worked out for myself is strength training 3-5 days/week during my lunch break at work. I have an hour lunch, so I can usually work in about 30 min of exercise, and I eat at my desk after. I use fitbod to generate workouts for me. It's not perfect, but I can easily change the workout based on what I'm feeling. It also keeps track of your workouts and can post... Source: 12 months ago
I've started using a new fitness app, Fitbod (https://fitbod.me/). I've only logged a couple workouts so far but am a pretty big fan of the app right away. My favorite thing is that I can set up multiple "gyms" in the app and define what each equipment has in it (my crappy station gym vs my decent home gym vs the local commercial gym I go to) and have it auto-generate workouts for me. Caesium Image Compressor can do the job and it is easy to use. There is also imagemagick which is basically the swiss-knife for image editing, but based on you having looked for websites first, I assume you don't look for a commandline tool (imagemagick is a commandline tool).
