IMO "Agents" are a marketing term, they are simply software that use LLMs somewhere in the backend. Often daisy chained into a series of operations that may involve additional LLM calls or calls to other internal/external services. One we've been using for meeting notes + action items works quite well https://fireflies.ai. - Source: Hacker News / 5 months ago
Https://fireflies.ai/ for meeting notes, use case: captures every note & action items automatically attributed to the correct user, saves you time. Also let's you query all notes to remember things from past meetings. - Source: Hacker News / 7 months ago
Not sure what Gong's pricing is, but we evaluated a few different notetakers and settled on https://fireflies.ai/. $18 / month gets a recording and summary sent out to all invitees to the calendar invite, uploaded into Hubspot, etc. Very valuable for our sales calls. - Source: Hacker News / 12 months ago
I love the idea of AI summarize in Recorder and Chrome, but I don't find it the most useful in its current build simply because it only provides a 3 point summary, which only covers the general meeting topic (of course I already know this!). Some of my recorded meetings are over an hour long, so a more detailed summary is necessary. Hopefully Google adds the option to "elaborate further", or better yet copy... Source: over 1 year ago
Hi, we are developing an AI Bot that can join MS Teams meetings and take notes, similar to fireflies.ai. We are having trouble understanding how this will work. We want to approach this by giving meeting link to our Bot that joins the meeting and records it in background. This meeting should be saved to our... Source: over 1 year ago

I'm personally working on something like this for the ESP32, but written on top of micropython [1]. A few things are written in C such as the display driver, but otherwise most things are in micropython. We chose the T-Watch 2020 V3 microphone variant as the platform [2]. Our objective is to build a modern PDA device via a mostly stand-alone watch that can be synced across devices (initially the Linux desktop). We... - Source: Hacker News / 4 months ago
For context > MicroPython is a lean and efficient implementation of the Python 3 programming language that includes a small subset of the Python standard library and is optimised to run on microcontrollers and in constrained environments. https://micropython.org/. - Source: Hacker News / 11 months ago
Just putting my hand up to say that MicroPython is awesome (and runs on the RP2040). https://micropython.org. - Source: Hacker News / over 1 year ago
If you really want to engage in the travesty that is shoehorning a high level scripting language into an environment that has 512 bytes of RAM and less clock cycles than an electric toothbrush, there is micropython. Source: over 1 year ago
