So the question is, does anyone have experience with these kinds of solutions and is there a good way of chunking HTML/CSV data without losing too much context? Libraries are always an invaluable tool to recommend and can help you get hold of books, for me jstor.org with 100 articles a month on a free account, academia.edu has free papers have been very useful as a platform....
