    Quite some time went by as I read about Financial Modeling Prep, an at this time relatively new finance API, in some online forum. It seemed very promising and suitable, as it was affordable, offered real-time prices, and also covered European assets.   • Sources for Historical Market Data
    Another good source is https://site.financialmodelingprep.com/ I only request the financial statements but they also offer historical price quotes and stock prices for 1m candles for the last 50 years. They have a free tier but I do not know if the market data is part o it. Other prices start with 10$/month. I can not tell you if the 1m/1d candles are any good as I am only interested in SEC statements and news so... Source: over 1 year ago
