This Hookpad tool lets you do that. You can type in notes and syllables. The app will sync your syllables with the notes. Click "PLay" and you've got a song. It can even add backing instruments. The site also teaches theory so you could learn about things such as chords. When you do that, instead of simply adding (lyrics + notes), you can add (lyrics + notes + chords).
