Field Force Tracker is deployed in a number of industries such as HVAC/Plumbing, Elevator Businesses, Electrical Contractor, Copier Management, Telecom Businesses, IT Service companies etc. in many countries and time zones. The competitors vary in each sector - for instance in Copier business, we primarily compete with E-Automate, Miracle S/W etc. In other sectors, we compete with all major FSM software.

Internationalization (i18n) pain for a documentation project is a process problem, not a feature gap. Documentation frameworks are not meant to translate your developer docs for you into the language of your choice. Some frameworks might offer i18n support, like the Crowdin support in Docusauraus v2.
