Based on our record, Shotcut seems to be a lot more popular than FFmpeg. While we know about 115 links to Shotcut, we've tracked only 4 mentions of FFmpeg. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
The fact that Handbrake doesn't expose the same features as the ffmpeg CLI tool is frankly irrelevant. It's not just relevant, it's the whole thing. They asked for an ffmpeg GUI and someone recommended a GUI that doesn't use ffmpeg and doesn't do what ffmpeg can do. Ffmpeg can not only rewire channels, it can stream video, capture video from the screen, capture video from a tv tuner, overlay text etc. Also... - Source: Hacker News / 23 days ago

Hello everyone, welcome to week 13. To set the test up, I used OBS, Shotcut, and Excel. As a comparison to Infinite I used H3 MCC and the PC Forge version of H5. Unless otherwise stated, I used a keyboard as an input device in order to reduce the variation between tests, since the analog nature of controller thumb sticks could affect the results. I programmed a keyboard macro to hold A for a period of time, then immediately switch to holding D for a... Source: 7 months ago
