Another RSS creation tool for non-tech-savvy persons is Feedfry. It looks for patterns on a webpage from which it automatically create feeds. For many years, I used Feedity for generating RSS feeds from webpages without one. They've since renamed to New Sloth, and also have a nice although basic feed reader.
