All of the below is no professional advice, I’m just a programmer who looked into this a bit. The easiest thing in my opinion would be to incorporate in Croatia and then use Paddle https://www.paddle.com/, Gumroad https://gumroad.com/ or FastSpring https://fastspring.com/ for payments. FastSpring https://fastspring.com/ and Gumroad https://gumroad.com/ are two more alternatives to Paddle you can look into. I work for a SAAS recurring billing platform, chargeover.com from my experience you do not need to send them an invoice. If they agree to terms when they signup you could just run a payment against their card on file and send them a payment receipt. It's a pretty slick deal, and there are loads of other options you could enable as well. But to your question it's more common than you think not to send invoices... Source: about 3 years ago
