Thanks for all of the feedback on this topic, I'm just the type of guy that has always liked trying out new & different software and applications. Of course I'm not a software developer but as far as the fairemail application is concerned, it's technically at least 'partially' cloud based because I remember when I first setup my valid email accounts it asks for permissions from the email vendors such as gmail....
