I took the 101 and didn't like it; I have a lot of experience with LTM/GTM, but the test was so basic and non-technical, they ended up asking a lot of 'pointless filler questions' (like, what is the URL for f5.com website, where do you click on f5.com to access XYZ info, etc). I was previously subbed to the "recommended" or default VPN that the service used to advertise (vpn.ht). For the past 3 days I can no longer connect to that service, their support isn't answering any emails, and I'm even unable to change my password on their website to log into my account. For the past three days I have not been able to connect to vpn.ht (the associated VPN of the app). And their customer service is not able to tell me why, nor reset my password to use their openVPN alternative method. Source: about 3 years ago
