This is good advice, but I prefer something that automatically dims and reduces blue light for me. I've been looking for a colour overlay extension for ages to change the colour on a PDF for ages. I used to use the "Colour overlay" extension but that was actually so bad and not compatible with either Linux or Vivaldi.
