This is good advice, but I prefer something that automatically dims and reduces blue light for me. Use sketchup (it's free) to model it, then you can go to hubs.com or shapeways to get a quote on a 3D printed part. If it's gonna be out of the sun, you can probably get by with PLA. Otherwise use PETG for higher heat resistance. Source: over 1 year ago
