Whatever safe bed you can find at this point. You've left it too late to be picky and it's looking like it's going to be the start of the the busiest, boomiest tourist season here in Italy ever. Expect to have to stay very, very, very far from city centers and transit connections or to pay $400+/night on a place. Try searching by country (PH to DE) on flightlist.io with a date range of 2 weeks before you want to arrive in Germany. I found one for €275 thru Dubai and Budapest. Source: 12 months ago
