We use PINES which is based on Evergreen, which is open-source. I believe there are vendors you can pay to help you set it up and run it, and there's a volunteer community that will help, too. Of course, this is at the expense of having someone else run it *for* you, but my understanding is that we (Georgia libraries that use PINES) decided to make the software to address limitations in existing ILSs.
