I've checked Eureka and it seems some people feel better on with some lasting effect (less than while on the patch), for others positive effects persisted (especially when they were already on their way with recovery?). Also some people stopped because of side effects, including nausea/vomiting and vivid dreams. This was nearly all patches btw, supposedly the best because it constantly gives off a low dose. Mixed... Not to complicate things but I use an app called Gyroscope https://gyrosco.pe/ and it ingests data from both Apple Watch and the Oura Ring to give you a more holistic view. Also, this way if I’m not wearing one device I’m still getting data from the other. Also using Pillow with Apple Watch for sleep when I wear the watch to sleep.
