This morning I completed the signup process for etoro.com and the site even accepted my Dom. Rep. Plhone number for 2FA. Then, in looking around at the site, I found the warning that the service is not available to U.S. Citizens who are not residing in the U.S. Maybe I could have used the site and be in violation. Here's how to cure you from your buying habit, checkout https://steamdb.info/, check the price history of the game you're thinking of getting. Most likely it's on sale once every odd month, and discount percentages are only ever increasing over time. So really you can just buy it when you think you have time to play it soon.
