EquityZen VS Donorbox

I've done some research on EquityZen and I'm not sure if it's the right place to invest. This platform is very expensive and way beyond my league since I have to be making around $200,000 a year before I can invest here. Source: over 1 year ago

I tried to use EquityZen a few years ago, but unfortunately the company blocked the sale. I also talked to ESO Fund, but they weren't able to work with me since I wasn't a US citizen or resident. I'm a former early employee for a startup in California [Deleware Corp] that is still pre-IPO but just raised a Series E with $1B+ post money valuation. I have never seen the capitalization table however recently I was looking at https://equityzen.com/ and noticed that they have a cap table for the company with "Estimated Outstanding Shares". His website has a Donorbox "Donate" button that lies at the top menu bar of the website which is visible on every page. There is even a page where there's a "Donorbox" button with a few more options for donating, in the middle of another page. Source: 5 months ago
