   Another extremely good experience with Cloudamo for my Nextcloud

   I can't speak highly enough about Cloudamo's hosting services. We've been using their VPS Cloud plan, and it has consistently exceeded our expectations in terms of performance, uptime, and customer support for my Nextcloud.

   I must especially highlight the professional and responsive nature of their customer service team. Even during a crisis situation when our site got hacked due to some plugin vulnerabilities, Cloudamo's team was incredibly supportive. They worked hand-in-hand with our development team, providing valuable insights and direct assistance that enabled us to resolve the issue and get our site back up and running in record time. This level of support during a stressful event is something I've rarely seen in this industry, and it speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction.

   Special mention must go to Kyle, one of their extraordinary support staff members. Most recently, we needed some configurations set up for our Nextcloud email services. Kyle took it upon himself to handle the entire process without any hesitation. His approach was not just to solve the problem but to provide a lasting solution. This proactive attitude has been symbolic of our entire experience with Cloudamo.

  Thank you for the envoyer.io recommendation - I use Laravel Forge - do you know if they have something similar. Regarding symlinks I'm not sure if you're referring to a folder somewhere on my local system - which of course will not be practical when pushing live or to remote - however one way I have been attempting to do this is to fork vendor folders and then pull using composer for the latest commit.. • I am lost on how to "correctly" deploy my app to the production server

  Envoy is also great, but won't solve your zero downtime or rollback requirments on its own. There is Laravel Envoyer (similar name, different product) which will fulfill those requirements, but it has a (small) cost attached. Source: over 2 years ago
