I know Enjin's focus is on EnjinCoin and NFTs because that's where they think the money is, but they still have thousands, if not tens of thousands of customers paying $300/year/ea for guild sites. Which is a legit website and a company. For whatever reason their product is named Freshsales CRM System but their website is named Freshworks.com. Someone took advantage of that and so the email looks kind of legit (except of course, obviously the links) because the name and the site match. They just redirect you to the real site.
