  Usually I recommend linux mint for beginners but hyprland may be a little bit hard to install there. So maybe in your case the best option is an arch based system with a graphical installer. A lot of people here recommend endeavourOS. Download the iso, install it to a VM and take your first steps.   Taking my advice means you might want to remove Arch, for now. Get Mint or Pop, spend some time with them to learn more about Linux, how Linux works, the various software and tools, how to configure and customize it. • How can a browser (Firefox, Brave, Chrome, whatever) use 10+ gigabyte RAM???

  Abundance of resources in average machine is making people quite lazy. Just to shock people I tell them to take a look at KolibriOS. Whole OS, with drivers, sound, graphics, software, compiler, debugger and games fits on CD image 39MB. Smallest bootable system is 1.3MB. My phone makes photos that are bigger than that.
