For disc based systems it's much more difficult to find full collections, but you can find most games on emuparadise.me. You will need a browser extension and a script in order to enable downloads though. They hid their links a few years ago when Nintendo was out there shutting down rom sites. Some sites have been shut down in the past such as emuparadise.me, loveroms.com, and portalroms.com. However, on Emuparadise the download pages are still up despite the download buttons being removed. There's a script that allows you to bypass this and download the ROMs. I believe it still works to this day despite the site being shut down nearly 4 years ago.
