I also like the Daily Haloha app. It's an anonymous way for you to respond to a thought-provoking prompt and then respond to others. All responses in this app are preset emojis, so no one can or will ask you details. You write a blurb for the daily prompt, attach a feeling to it, and then send it to the next person.
