The packs can´t be uploaded on emoji.gg at the moment, there´s some issues and it has been reported to the devs.But as Zane said, you can first DL to your computer and then upload them one-by-one. Source: over 2 years ago

Https://noteplan.co is a very similar app. Unfortunately I couldn't use it because it was limited to iOS devices (a web version is in development). - One thing missing in craftnote is search.
