The founder was trying to get into cold outreach to promote a different product of theirs. However, cold email outreach requires many services pieced together in order to yield high deliverability of emails so that it doesn't end up in the spam box and each service costs a lot of money. Looking to save some money, the founder realized that some of the email automation services are not only overpriced and offer features that won't even be used, but also that using some of these services can actually harm deliverability due to sending emails through SMTP with 'dirty' or cold IPs. The founder decided that sending directly through Gmail/Gsuite/Google Workspace servers would yield the highest deliverability, and so built Emailr.

I went to mail-tester.com to check the spamminess of my email and it comes back as a 4.4/10 and says that I should consider myself lucky if my emails go to primary inbox. Is there any way to solve this? Does a tool like warmupinbox.com solve a lot of these problems? Source: about 2 years ago
