Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Emailr.
  1. How would you describe your primary audience?

    • Users interested in starting cold email outreach but don't want to risk wasting a ton of money on other services that can have long term negative impact on your email deliverability or don't want to risk wasting a ton of money on a product just to find out that they won't use all of the expensive features
  2. What makes Emailr unique?

    • No frills, only has exactly what you need to get started in cold email outreach
    • Up to 75% cheaper than fancy alternatives with features you'll never use or features that tank your deliverability and email reputation
    • Send directly from your browser and Google's servers so your emails never touch a cold IP
  3. Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

    Javascript/HTML

  4. Why should a person choose Emailr over its competitors?

    • Up to 75% cheaper than competitors
    • No footgun features that you accidentally use that hurt your deliverability and email reputation (e.g. HTML, attachments, images, open tracking)
    • Sends directly within Google's servers rather than using SMTP from a cold IP
  5. What's the story behind Emailr?

The founder was trying to get into cold outreach to promote a different product of theirs. However, cold email outreach requires many services pieced together in order to yield high deliverability of emails so that it doesn't end up in the spam box and each service costs a lot of money. Looking to save some money, the founder realized that some of the email automation services are not only overpriced and offer features that won't even be used, but also that using some of these services can actually harm deliverability due to sending emails through SMTP with 'dirty' or cold IPs. The founder decided that sending directly through Gmail/Gsuite/Google Workspace servers would yield the highest deliverability, and so built Emailr.
