  Have you heard of Elpha? It's an online community for women in tech and also has a job board. I especially love that you can filter companies by things like %women in leadership roles, remote, flexible work schedule, lactation room in the office (!), US visa support, stated compensation philosophy, 401k matching... Maybe because it is by far the unique unicorn in the space (17B valuation/2012). Or is it the other way around ?
