During the 2021-2022 winter french npp worked pretty much as usual, then both unplanned and regular maintenance requirement hit during spring, summer, and fall 2022. But for this winter 2022-2023 we are currently fine, we're exporting 10GW right now. Napping in blocks actually isn't a bad sleep pattern if it works for you. I sleep in 2 3-hour blocks and sometimes an additional 2-hour nap, I can't sleep for more than 6 hours at a time, and usually not really more than 4. I was always exhausted.
