  • After replaying some Labyrinth of Touhou 2 and still being entranced by the 2hu-inspired particle effect, I've been starting the dip into trying to make similar 2hu particle effects just for shits and giggles. Here's to even more horrible shitposts
To my knowledge, there are already some particle generators such as by Unity but the program I'm using is called Effekseer, which happens to be used a handful of JP 2hu doujin game creators. Honestly, I can admit I can sense the skill curve in FX making but it'd be killing 2 birds in one stone in trying to be acquainted with the software but to also appreciate the spellcard patterns in the making.
